LAUSD Assistive Technology Office

The Assistive Technology program provides equitable access to learning for students with disabilities through the provision of specialized equipment and services designed to maximize functional independence in all LAUSD classrooms.  The AT Office has recently opened a "lending library" at Sierra Park School.

LAUSD District Office of Transition Services (DOTS)

The responsibility of DOTS is to coordinate the planning and delivery of transition services for all students with disabilities, beginning at age 14 (or younger, if appropriate) to prepare them for transition from school to adult living.
